June 28 – Grimsby Stormbound Day 2

Its our second day stuck in Grimsby. Weather forecast not good for the next few days. Hopefully it will change but it looks like being the weekend at best before we can leave. We need lighter winds than F6 as well as a direction other than SE (which is the way we want to go). The next leg is 110nm with no bolt holes so it needs to be right.

Yes, another SE wind today – am keeping an eagle eye on the weather & winds. Your ETA off the Kent coast? Tim & I have threatened to come down to Ramsgate on the train clutching FIZZ! Just got another no to a job interview – but have a tip for a horse tomorrow so maybe I should give it a whirl!? M
